Big Shark
Climb up the merciless ocean ecosystem food chain on a quest to become the ultimate hunter of the deeps in an endless side-scrolling high-score 2D game, Big Shark! In the beginning, youāll play as a baby shark thatās able to devour only the smallest of prey and gradually grow, but be wary ā thereās always a bigger fish in the sea!
The gameplay is very simple but, at the same time, catchy and exciting. The shark perpetually swims from left to right, and the objective is to change the depth promptly to avoid bigger fish and hunt down the smaller ones. Aside from the pure entertainment it provides, this game also serves as an awesome reaction time and split-second decision-making exercise!
How to play Big Shark
While youāre sitting idle, the shark slowly dives deeper and ultimately starts lurking on the seabed. When you input the control, the apex predator performs a parabolic movement similar to what a forward-running leap would look like on the ground. This essentially means that you need to strike your prey from below to make each hunt more successful and stay in control.
Occasionally, there will be huge whales swimming in your direction, and that must be avoided at all costs. Youāll be warned of their approach with a red blinking exclamation point. On the right side of your screen, the types of fish you must avoid at the current level are also highlighted in red.
What are the controls for Big Shark?
You can hunt for prey in Big Shark on mobile and PC devices alike. Tap or click to perform a subtle parabolic move toward the waterās surface to catch smaller fish and avoid the bigger marine animals.
