Craft Drill
Bore deep into the Earth’s crust to dig up precious minerals and gemstones in Craft Drill — a strangely satisfying 2D arcade game. You won’t really have to put in the back-breaking work to excavate the valuable materials, but only maintain, upgrade, and use the semi-automated tools and machinery. The gorgeously relaxing background music sets the tone for the hyper-casual and highly enjoyable gameplay perfectly.
You control a makeshift cross-shaped rotating machine attached to a rope that does a surprisingly good job of unearthing dirt, iron, gems, gold, and almost anything in its path. Additionally, you can switch to a jackhammer extension at the end of the rope for bigger rocks, or a huge vacuum to move the dug-up blocks onto the conveyor belt.Â
How to play Craft Drill
The rotating cross-shaped drill has bits attached to all four sides of it. Each of these bits can be upgraded individually, and optimally you want to keep them all at around the same quality. The jackhammer enhancements work the same way, and we highly recommend using this tool only to break down the large stones into smaller chunks.
At the shopping cart icon, you can purchase Engine, Rope length, Truck, and additional Drill Hammer improvements. These upgrades are much more cost-effective than the individual aforementioned bits, therefore making them a very smart yet often neglected investment.
