Kogama: Jungle Adventure
Explore the deserted pirate isles in an attempt to find 11 secret treasure chests in the 3D pixelated third-person action Kogama: Jungle Adventure. The map itself is so huge you almost get a feeling you’re in an open world, which makes this incredible game unexpectedly hardware-demanding. Even though there’s a set objective, the gameplay doesn’t hold your hand, and you’re pretty much free to do whatever you feel like.
The blocky graphics aren’t everyone’s cup of tea, but in this game, surroundings are created with great attention to detail, so the visual aesthetics are truly pleasing. Everything seems to be exactly at the right place, and even though the entirety of the map is pretty huge, various landmarks make it easy to learn your way around. The game is played in the online multiplayer setting, and with an army of trolls running around, you’re never really sure what’s next!
How to play Kogama: Jungle AdventureÂ
Before you hop onto the island, you’re presented with a map that shows the locations of each treasure chest. Unless you’re an absolute genius, memorizing every detail is going to be really difficult. Study the entirety of the 2D map, and then take a quick screenshot to refresh your memory whenever you feel lost.
