Magic Kingdom: Hex Match is a truly extraordinary 2D puzzle game featuring simple yet ingenious design, relaxing background music, and highly addictive gameplay. Playing as a king, you have to harvest as many resources as the kingdom desperately needs for the ongoing construction projects. At the beginning of each level, there are a couple of occupied tiles on the board resembling a honeycomb, and the rules are very intuitive.

There are three stacks of resources you get to play with, which, once placed adjacent to the identical supplies, merge into a single stack. Namely, the resources from the adjacent tile pile atop the one you last played. When a stack reaches the height of 10+ supplies of the same kind, it is removed from the board and into the treasury. The level is complete once you accumulate the targeted amount of resources.

In the introductory level, you’re presented with a demonstration of how resource-stacking works. Even though the overall gameplay is surprisingly complex, the core mechanics are fairly simple. Keep in mind that the stacks you play are the ones that will pull the identical adjacent resources onto them and not the other way around.

Another very important thing to consider while playing is the composition of the available stacks, namely the color of the tiles below the ones at the top. This will help you plan the actions a few steps ahead, which is a crucial component to devising a long-term winning strategy.
