Plant Daddy
Plant Daddy drops you in a sunlit apartment where your entire mission is to collect, study, and show off procedurally generated houseplants that keep growing even when you close the tab. It’s the cozy cousin of idle and collection games you already know, with a seed system that lets you trade exact plant genetics with friends.
How to Play Plant Daddy?
You start in a single-room apartment with a few coins and a tiny plant. You water plants on a real-time schedule, come back later to see growth, then use earnings to buy more pots, shelving, and décor that turns your space into a gallery. As plants mature, you can study them in the Nursery to learn their seed code, which preserves that plant’s traits for future runs and for sharing with other players. The browser version saves your progress, and you can import or trade seed codes from the thriving community to instantly grow specific beauties in your room. Veteran players pace their purchases so watering timers are staggered, study plants as soon as they hit maturity to expand the seed catalog, and snap photos to document rare combinations before repotting or selling. When you’re tight on funds, prioritize upgrades that let you place more plants at once, then focus on species with longer timers so you aren’t glued to the screen. If you switch devices, you can jot down or copy seed strings to recreate your favorites later.
